Hoodman was approached by some well-seasoned broadcast cameramen on the Golf circuit to build a new GOLF hood for them. The cameramen wanted a hood that could universally mount by wrapping around their monitors to create a tunnel and then Velcro-ing onto itself. Many of the cameramen wanted to deploy a magnifying lens within the hood to aid in focus ability. The GOLF hood comes with adjustable Velcro mounts to accommodate placing a magnifier lens within.
Adhesive Velcro strips are included to keep the hood from slipping around when operators place their faces into the hood. Those familiar with Hoodman products know that our hoods are built to last. Viewfinder hoods are sold worldwide and are proudly made in the USA. (Magnifier not included)
